I am very novice with the many functions in excel. I have been attempting to learn out of necessity many uncomplicated (but completely foreign to me) functions, and I have high hopes this board can help me get along further.
I have a large mail database that was saved into pdf and I am trying to extract the data into excel in a specific format on one row with multiple columns (instead of multiple rows and one column). My final product needs to have all of the columns match their contents as I will be joining one table against another. I have included one file with an example of how the data pastes in with fake names emails phones and addresses. In this file, I am putting on the second sheet the format I am looking for the data to turn into.testdata.xlsx
If I simply transpose, I would have to do that 300 times per file on 50 different files. That would be an impossible and unnecessary choice if I simply knew more about how to work excel. Can anyone let me know what I need to program? Again, I have about 50 files that I need to convert, each with at least 300 different records. Thanks,
