Can't remember how I created attached table!

Hi,

I managed to create a table using a demo from the help guide some time ago (file attached). I need to re-visit it and I can't remember how I created it or what it type of table it is called. I input the row headers (retainer %s) and column headers (no. of sales) The program then automatically calculated results. I would like to be able to go back to the demo to refresh my memory.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Select B9:O18, Data > Table, Row input cell: B5, Column input cell: B6, OK.

Thanks shg. Yes, it was me who created it - unfortunately my senior moments are happening more frequently! I wanted a keyword that I could type into the excel help menu, and I later remembered that it was 'two-variable data table'. However, your reply also helped.
