Add percentage to figures then show on a secon tab

Hi
I have a spread sheet with a large number of costings on, I now need to add a percentage on to those figures and have them on a second tab then add adifferent percentage on and show them on a third tab and so on.
Basically the original spread sheet is cost price, the second tab to include labour, the third tab to include output tax etc.

The second bit of advice I'm looking for is probably much simpler, how do I keep the title and the headings fixed whilst the rest of the spreadsheet scrolls up ?

Thanks for that but I presume that would add 10% to everything how can I do it to specific cells or columns because some of the columns contain figures that have to remain the same.

Honestly I get what you have said so far thank you but just needed to know how do the formula for a column or a block of columns and rows because that will speed it up for me.
