How to count and extract data from tables in excel

Hello,
I want to count the first five number in the list (i.e 1,2,2,3,3) and select alongwith the properties in column C and D of the source table to be entered into another table (Bale) as shown below. Also,to extract the next 6 numbers (i.e 4,7,8,9,10) and its properties in A C and D column of the source table. What function can i use to count the first 5 numbers and pick the corresponding properties required? Thanks
