Question Conditional Formatting entire rows based on data

Need some help. I can get a cell to color when an "x" appears, but I need:

A whole row to color when an "x" appears in column T and column U.

A whole row to color anytime "RETR" appears anywhere on the worksheet.

    Thanks!

Select all rows to affect, then

for first one, use a formula like:

    =AND($T2="x",$U2="x")

    assuming starting in row 2.

For second one, use formula like:

    =COUNTIF($A2:$U2,"RETR")
Where there is a will there are many ways.
