Interactive Chart (Two Values via Drop Down)

I am trying to chart two different values/metrics on the same chart, and customize the chart labels and chart title.

First, I was hoping to get some help getting both sets of data to show up on the chart. I cant figure out where the issue is within the name manager.
Secondly, I was hoping to change the data labels on the chart from the Market Name in the drop down to the Metric Name (i.e. Page views and signups)
Third, I wanted to get the Market Name (from the dropdown) to dynamically show up as the chart title.

    Hello
Not completely sure I've got what you're looking for, but take a look a the attached reply file. Both Chart series are selected from the bottom data validation list and there are 2 dynamic named ranges ('Traffic' & 'Signups') which feed the series values to the Chart.

I'm not sure which version of Excel you're using, as you mentioned the Name Mangager and the file format is 2007 and later but your user information says 2003. So I hope the file runs Ok.
