Hello People...I'm a first time visitor and pretty new to Excel Spreadsheet.
I'm using Excel 2007. What I need to know is how to formulate a cell to change a numeric value to text.
If the cell has a value of "1" I want it to read "PbOn"
If the cell has a value of "0" I want it to read "PbOff"
I don't know how to formulate the cell to accomplish this.

You could use a custom number format:
"PbOn";;"PbOff"
