Problem With Averageifs

=AVERAGEIFS(I34:M45,I34:M45,"<G51",I34:M45,">I51")

I get #DIV/0! error message with the above formula. If I replace G51, and I51 with a number the formula works. All cells reference in the formula have positive number. Columns I - M are merged in rows 33 - 45.

Try:

=AVERAGEIFS(I34:M45,I34:M45,"<" & G51,I34:M45,">" & I51)
