Managing Duplicates: Extracting a list of duplicates from a column and creating a list.

Hello All !
I am trying to find a formula that will index down a column that has multiple duplicate values and pull out per say one set of duplicates. Looking below, is there any way that I can extract only the rows that have K2-4 and related Part# and create a separate list?
