I need help with a vacation formula. I have 4 employees who start accruing vacation on their start date. They accrue 3.34 hrs per pay period. They are paid bi-weekly. The vacation is a use it or loose it by the end of the year. Can someone please help?

    Re: Vacation Formula

What if they are off during the bi-week period for one or two days?
Should not you change your rates to hourly/daily?

    Re: Vacation Formula

Divide 3.34 by 10 (the number of working days in a pay period) and then times that by the number of days they actually work.
