how to calculate difference in two columns either positive or negative ?

Hi to everyone.. this is my first post this forum..
Can anyone pls help me to calculate difference in two columns either positive or negative ?? for example as below

    Col A Col B Col C

    1500 1700 +200
    1500 1425 -75

See above example : Column A first Row has value 1500 and same column B value is 1700 and i need answer in column C : + 200 means column B has 200 value more than column A
Similarly Column A second Row has value 1500 and same column B value is 1425 and i need answer in column C : -75 means column B has less value 75 than column A

Can anyone give me formula for the above ??

In cell C1 (Column C first row) type formula =B1-A1
Copy and paste the same formula to C2
