How to measure the time elapsed between two dates in hours - not days

I am attempting to mesure how long it takes our orders to go from time recieved to time production recieves the order on the floor.

Column D has the date and time posted as m/d/yyyy h:mm (military time) - this is the date/time the PO was recieved in office
Column G as the date and time posed the same way - this is the date/time the Job is moved to production floor

I want to know how many hours it took between Column G and D, and if possible without counting weekend hours. Any ideas on how this can be done?

Pl try this.
Format cell as [h]:mm using custom.
