I need to determine the percentage of compliance for each row of information.

I have an excel document that has rows of data. In each cell, there is a "Y" for compliant, a "X" for not compliant and a "NA" for not applicable. I need to determine the percentage of compliance for each parameter. For example:

Pain Assessment: Pain assessment noted upon admission in preop, upon admission to PACU, pre and post pain medication administration and at time of discharge X X Y X Y Y Y X X X X Y

I need to determine the percentage of compliance ("Y") for that specific row!
What type of formula can I use to perform this task????
