How can i use SUMIFS

I already upload my sample workbook any way once again i give my work book for your kind information

Sir, actually my quarry is

1. I created one workbook named with data entry in that workbook i created 3sheets named with List, Dispatch Register and BP & GP

2. In List sheet i just enter the dealer name including their Opening balance

3. In Dispatch Register i enter the data for Dealer Lifting Details and Raise The Bills against Lifting (ColumnK is lifting Mt, Column L is Lifting Brand, Column I is Billed Qty)

4. In BP & GP Sheet i want to see the Balance figure of Dealer Lifting, i mean how much quantity is pending for Billing or how much quantity is pending for dealer

My Thinking is Opening Qty + Lifting Qty - Billing Qty = RESULT (Bill Pending or Goods Pending) for this formula i used SUMIFS (EX.

You point out me as (I don't see where the numbers come from. How do you get 21, 27.5, 37.5 for Rama Traders? )

Now I am going to explain Point Wise
1. How did i get the 21?

A. The Rama Traders total Billing from the starting date to end of the entered date we are billing him to 21.00 Mts on the brand of PPC

2. How Did i get the 27.5?

A. The Rama Traders Physically lifted materials against the PPC Brand is total 12.50+15=27.5

3. How Did i get the 37.5?

A. The Rama Traders OB is 10.00Mt on the Brand of PPC and His Physically Lifted is 27.5 so OB + Physically lifted = result (ex. 10+27.5=37.5)

So i want the result in BP & GP Sheet what is the position of Rama Traders on PPC Brand we have issue stock or we have to raise the Bill. If we get the Positive Balance that Means BP(Bill Pending) if we get the Negative Balance that Means GP(Goods Pending) 37.50-21=16.50 BP

The balance Figure is Displaying in the BP & GP Sheet in the Column C6 as 16.50 and in Column D6 it's displaying as BP because in Column D i use the Formula as
