If no bad parts than ACCEPTABLE if bad part then NOT ACCEPTABLE

I am looking for a formula where if there is a part that is out of range then it will say "not acceptable", but if all cells are in range then it will say "acceptable".
There is one cell that I have that is already figuring if parts are out of tolerance, and another cell figuring if cell are in tolerance. Under these cell I want it to put a text that say's "Acceptable" or "Not Acceptable".
