Find value based off 2 Criterias

Hi, I want to compare specific columns between two tabs in order to return a certain value. From Column D of my attachment in the Inventory Balances tab, I want to look first for the same plant number and then the same material number for that plant number that matches with the Inventory Movements tab. For those that share both the same plant number and material number, I want the value from the Inventory Movements tab in Column D to appear in Column D of the Inventory Balances tab. Thank you.
