Hi Everyone,
Hopefully this will take a second of someones time who has a much tighter grasp of Excel than I.
I have a rota and i need to create a formula that will give me total hours worked per person, per day and per department.
I dont use a conventional system and im wondering if i can program the spreadsheet so that it knows a 5-cls shift = 7 hours, a 10-6 shift = 8 hours or a 6-cls shift = 6 hours?
Any help would be appreciated.
Actually it would be magnificent because my tiny little head has popped.
