Search a Word across the WorkSheet and list the output in final column

Hi,

I have the sample excel attached, please check it.

This excel has 4 sheets (Sheet1 to Sheet4) with data, on Sheet1,Sheet2,Sheet3 I have the data of Unique Server names with different information(OS/Application/Policies) relevant to it & in fourth sheet (Sheet4) I have some server names for which I need the result by searching the server names present in other work sheets (Sheet1, Sheet2, Sheet3) and list the result with the relevant information(Application Or OS Or Policies) in Sheet4 in 'Output' column of Server name.

Below in simple steps What i am exactly looking for.

1) Take server names from Sheet4 - from A2 to A62
2) Search the server names in other worksheets (Sheet1, Sheet2 , Sheet3)
3) Print the matching server name information (OS or Application or Policies ) in Sheet4 from B2 to B62

Kindly note : Each sheet has unique server names with relevant information and the sheet4 has the server names which will be in anyone of the sheets (Sheet1, Sheet2, Sheet3)

Please someone help on this, Appreciate your answers on this.
