Change timestamp based on results of vlookup?

I need to check in multiple students a day using barcodes. A student made me a formula to match the barcode to a list (of barcodes and names) and to change the next column to True if the number was scanned.

I tried to get a timestamp based on when the cell turned "true" but as I scan other numbers, all the timestamps change at the same time.
