Auto extend and update list

Hi All,

I have a little problem on how to expand and duplicated my customer master list.

I like to allow my user to key into customer master list and at the same time duplicated to my secondary table. However, i do not wish to give additional blank column for them. Could I have a formula to auto the process?

Example in excel attached.
