Hello,

I'm currently using Excel 2010 and I have a merging question. I'm working with this database...

PersonID CategoryID
Doyle
Non LT-Client
Prospect
Client
Doyle
Prospect
Client
Prospect
Prospect
Arbor Prospect
Client
Prospect
Seminar No-Show
Prospect
Arbor Client
AVIVA
Non LT-Client
Prospect
Prospect
Prospect
Prospect
Prospect
Prospect
Seminar No-Show
Prospect
Prospect
Prospect
Arbor Prospect
Client
Client
Prospect
Prospect
Prospect
Prospect
Prospect
Client
Prospect
Prospect
Arbor Prospect

And it goes on for thousands of entries. I am looking for a way to combine the information in the second column into 1 cell for each # in the first column. For instance, Person ID 1 has 3 different Category ID's. I just want there to be 1 row with Person ID 1 and the 3 descriptors (Category ID's) in one cell. How do I combine that information??

Thanks,
Tracy
