Retrieve multiple rows/columns based on a cells value

What I'm working on is a timetable system for bought-in teaching staff, I want to be able to select the teachers from a drop in list against the sessions they are required - I have got it so that it records their pay rates etc

However the part I am stumped with and I'm certain it's a VLookup but for the life of me cannot figure it..

I want the ability to select a teacher name and for excel to grab out all the occurrences of that teacher along with the session name - these for the most are the two cells above whilst keeping the main column names in (the days / morning, afternoon etc)

Basically I'm trying to find the code so that I'm able to pull out a teachers timetable - any suggestions?

I've attached the spreadsheet for reference
    Attached Files Attached Files

Another idea I'm toying with is adding a separate column for the teacher name - rather than row to make filtering the teachers out a bit easier, but this isn't a perfect solution as it'd bring out other results, is this something that would be easier to code in terms of a vlookup?
