Need help matching unique sets of numbers in two columns (uploaded example)

I have two lists of numbers in two columns. The first I have named "List 1" which contains a series of 6 numbers. The second I have called "list 2" which contains a series of 5 numbers. Here is what I am trying to do: I need to compare the 5 numbers found in list 2 to the 6 numbers found in list 1. If all 5 numbers found in any row of List 2 match any 5 of the numbers found in any row of list 1, The result would be "true".. I ran this by one of the engineers at work and he said it may need to be done in VBA. Don't believe him yet.
