Unhappy Multi-range IF formula for determining a schedule

    Hello All,

I'd like to setup a formula where I can figure out if someone is supposed to be working or not. The variables are the shift start, shift end, lunch start, lunch end, and two 15 minute breaks.

I thought it would be something along the lines of

But obviously I was being too simplistic and adding in the lunch destroys what I'm trying to do.

I've attached the Excel file I've been working on which has all the data needed. On Row 6 I have a working formula for start/end of shift and the breaks but I can't figure out how to get the lunch working without it excluding everything outside of it.

    Any help is much appreciated.

I've figured out a potential solution if someone can assist with the last problem which I hope isn't impossible to get around. I figured instead of trying to exclude the hour block using greater than/less than that I would do something a long the lines of "Current Time<>Lunch Start + 15 minutes". However this is not working due to the rounding that goes on in Excel...
