Trying to achieve 2 outcomes in one cell

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site so please bare with me while I explain what I am trying to achieve.

I've created a table that shows the results of peoples hours of the week. To determine the total hours a week for an employee I have a column for Sunday - Saturday respectively.

In the total hours box I want it to display both the total hours of the week as well as having the cell change colours if the total hours go above a certain value or below a certain value.

i.e. if the total hours are 50+ then the box is red; if the hours are less than 44 then the box is green.

Is there anyway to set up a cell this way?

    Any help would be grateful.

    Thanks,

    Kevin

May i suggest you to upload a sample workbook for that and also change your thread title to more specific one so that just by reading it the members will have the idea on whats is the real problem/query.
    To Attach a File:

    1. Click on Go Advanced
    2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
    3. Click the button.
    4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
    5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
    6. This will open a new window File Upload.
    7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Close the window and then click Submit.

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title.

I think people forget the word "THANK YOU!!!!" Do you still know it???

There is a little star ( ADD REPUTATION ) below those person who helped you. Click it to say your "PRIVATE APPRECIATION TO THEIR EFFORT ON THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS "

    Regards,
    Vladimir
