Month to Quarter

HI All,
I am new here, my issue is like I need to report on quarter but I have year to date function. It is like below.

If I enter month value in a cell say A1 cell A2 should show Quarter 1 ,Quarter 2, Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 based on the condition which is derived from the cell if the cell value is 1,2 or 3 it should give show Quarter 1, if it is 6 and above 3 (ie,4,5 or 6) it should be Quarter2 if the value is between 7 ,8 or 9 then Quarter3 and if the value is 10,11 or 12 then it should show as Quarter4. I need an if condition for cell A2
