how to sum all the contract until end of the contract period

Hi all,

Appreciate if somebody could help me with my problem. I have a list of potential customers with contract start date, contract end date and monthly value... say i want to populate what is the amount i should be receiving monthly and if they renew the contract they receive 20% discount after the contract period (infinite). how best should i write the formula?

not really the kind of thing i m looking at right now.. and plus i dont know whether the formula you posted here is working.. seems cant work on mine.. i want to have a monthly cumulative sum from the monthly revenue in the column P within the contract period..
