copy conditional format to several cells using formulas with relative cells

I have tried to copy the following formula from cell J3 to the remaining cells in column J. [=AND($F$3-$G$3>0, $J$3>$T$2)]. I have also tried the following formulas to no avail [=AND(K3-G3>0, J3>$T$2)]. Cell T2 is the only absolute cell. I have tried the following to copy the conditional format from cell J3 to cells J4:J120.
click in cell J3 and try to copy down by dragging the bottom right corner. I have tried to right click on J3 and tried to paste special the formula. I have also trid to paste special all merging conditional format. In every case the relative cells do not change. I have tried to highlight all of column J and tried to put in the conditional formatting using relative cells and then I tried absolute cells. In both case the conditional format just kept the same formula with the cell references from the first cell in the range I highlighted. Any help would be great.

    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Close the window and then click Submit.
