Button to transfer data to another sheet

    Hi all,
Bit of a newbie, and my first post. Did a bit of a search but I was either searching for the wrong thing or there's nothing here that I'm looking for. (probably the former)

I've constructed a freight calculator so we can keep track of all of the details when we send road freight as the supplied freight program doesn't give us exactly what we need in terms of reconciliation before payment.

I've 4 sheets in this workbook; Calculator, Manifest, postcodes & accounts. The first 2 is where the data is being displayed. The calculator is populated by entering an Account ID (I've set a few accounts up from 700 through 710) then followed by length, width, height & weight. It then populates the data by using VLOOKUP.

It's all working great but now I want to be able to capture this data for account reconciliation. I was looking for a way that when you click save or another button that it would populate the fields in the 'Manifest' sheet.

Now the kicker is, I've got a column in the 'Manifest' sheet called "Con note". When the data populates the required fields, I was looking for a way for it to automatically assign the next con note number in line. As we have a range of numbers that are allocated to our company we are able to predict the next number.

I'm not sure if this is do-able here guys but I figured who better to ask!

Thanks for your time and hopefully somebody has the answer I'm after.

    Daniel.

    Hi,

Attached herewith is your workbook but already with save button with macro in it. Just continue the coding to populate manifest worksheet.

    Hope this helps.
