Job rota for sport event

We have several sports days per month through out the year. I need to create a job rota to fill random names from my namelist and allocate them to jobs on a date (2 shifts) per day. We have 80 volunteers available. I need to create:
1. Team entries (number of players) will determine percentile jobs allocated for each team (home or other teams).
2. Randomize namelist – rotate jobs – no persons on duplicate jobs for following sports day.
3. Specialist jobs are marked in yellow, and can only be filled with people from the namelist in the particular yellow marked column.
I tried to randomize the namelist, but keep getting duplicates. How can this be solved? I also need to save every job rota created with randomize names per date in a data base - for reference.
