I have a list of names in a column.

Bob
Joe
Fred
Sue
Bob
Steve
Jill
Joe

In the second column I want to return how many times the name has appeared so far.
So, beside the 1st occurrence of "Bob" it would have 1, and the 2nd occurrence of "Bob" would have 2.... etc.
