Create a list of the cells used in a COUNTIFS formula

Hi All, My name is Matthew.
I have a little experience with excel but am just driving myself crazy looking for this solution.

I have used a COUNTIFS formula to determine the number of values that are between say 1 & 5.

Looks like so...

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
A 1 1 2 2 3 6 6 7 6 9 Formula would read = 5
B 1 8 2 7 3 2 6 3 4 9 Formula would read = 6

Now what I want to do is in a cell next to the formula result do something like so...

5 1,1,2,2,3
6 1,2,3,2,3,4

Without using a PT, is this at all possible?

Why not simply highlight the cells that have values between 1 & 5 using conditional formatting?

What are you achieiving by having all these listed in one cell?

I need to be able to reference these results in another worksheet which is why I didn't condition them.
