INDEX,MATCH across two sheets

Hello all,
I am struggling with what I think needs to be an index match formula across two sheets.

Sheet 1:

A B C D
1:other data, John, Smith, other data
2:other data, Fred, Bloggs, other data

etc...

Sheet 2:

A B C D E-AI AJ
other data, other data, John,Smith, other data, 2
other data, other data, Fred, Bloggs, other data, 1

I need a formula which will be on sheet 1 in column E which will pull the values from row AJ on sheet 2 if the two name values match

E.G
Sheet 1, cell E1 should be 2
Sheet 1, cell E2 should be 1

This needs to be a cross sheet solution
