Find within an Area

When using the Find feature in excel, you have the ability to search within the worksheet or the workbook. But is there a way to search within the highlighted/selected region only?? Often times I have the same search item in multiple places within a worksheet, but I want to search in a given column or region only.

If you highlight the block of cells beforehand, then Find & Replace (CTRL-H) will only look in that selected area.
