create "if then" with an "or" option or "choose from" option

Hi. I would like to be able to pick from the pull down in"C3" and once picked I would like "d3" to give me the options to choose from the corresponding choices from "I" "J" or "K". IN the existing sheet if I pick a product in C3 then go to D3 I can choose from all the sub categories. I only want to choose from the (I-K) specific sub categories. Hopefully that makes sense.

I created a formula "if then" in cell "M31" which only gives me a single option. I can't seem to expand the formula to include the data and options I want. Possibly not possible. Thought I would ask and perhaps I should be using a different option?

You may achieve desired result using combination of INDIRECT function and DATA VALIDATION.
Please check the below file.
Please note value in dropdown in cell D3 will change after selecting value in cell C3 but value already selected in D3 will not change, for this you may use Conditional formating for an alert.

Thank you for your advice, almost resolved. I noticed that the 8 oz in the sheet does not pull. How do I make this "active" as it is highlighted as such when I look at the validation. I even created an additional column and am not able to get it to pull from. Any thoughts on this last bit would be appreciated. Thank you again for your kind assistance.
