How to solve the problem with the right formula

Sorry about the previous title "alternative formula"

Attached is my sample of time sheet. My problem is that I can't solve or compute for the tardiness and or under time using the following scenarios:

    1. start time is 8:30am; end time is 5:30pm
    2. unpaid break time is 12:30pm to 1:30pm (this is not reflected in the sheet- should I reflect this one or just create a formula?)
    3. the time sheet recognizes the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
    4. Since this computes for the tardy and under time- it recognizes the data entry under the columns of G;H;J;K;M;N;P; and Q, either am or pm

I hope you could help me out here.

    Thank you so much.
