Summation of amounts by date from one sheet and transfering onto a summary sheet

Hi,
Just joined the forum and need some help as I am new to excel.

I am trying to manage information for several taxis on a daily running sheet, and would like to have the information by monthly totals on the summary page updated automatically.

I have attached the book for reference.
