Gather monthly data from different dates, sheets, and people

I need to track the hours of people from different weeks(sheets) but also for the MONTH

I need a formula to track the person and gather the info onto for them for the whole month.

I have a formula for tracking the week (its under "actual hours" in the UTILITY sheet:

But it only tracks one specific cell for each teacher.

I need this new formula to track the DATES (column A) and SUM the "Facehours" (each teacher's 2nd column) for each teacher for the said month.

*NOTE: the total for each day, on the schedule, is right under the day eg: row 54, 105, 156, 207, 258, 309 and 360

This seems really hard for me! can anyone help?

Hi Kram222,

If we look into F57 of utility sheet. it has 8.50 which is a weekly total of Jamie from sheet 1242.
There 8.50 obtained using formula (=X360+X309+X258+X207+X156+X105+X54), so similarly you can set up the total for months as well and use the same formula logic as you are already using for week.

Also, I noticed that you have lot of merged cells which is not a good practice. Please avoid . thanks.

Yes that is the main goal of it. however, that is just a quick formula that tracks the those cells because i use the same frame for each week.
If i wish to track by date (non-manually that is) I would need some sort of funky formula to go to
understand which week numbers were part of the said month, go to those pages, find the dates that only have that said month in the cells and then go to the teacher's section and fish out the data.

That is the part that i am at a complete loss. Any ideas on that?
