Hlookup for a scheduling chart

Hi! I'm a little rusty on my Hlookup functions and could use some help! I populate the attached chart with X's every week for people who are scheduled for a meeting. I'd like a simplified version of the chart with just the day of week and the people scheduled for the meeting. Thank you for your help. Demo.xlsx
