    A query that's bugging me

    Here's my conundrum.

I have hundreds of rows in a table that i've copied in to excel. It has two columns - tracking number, time.

Out of all those hundreds of rows, there is a case where the tracking number is duplicated, but the times are different.

So somewhere in the 600 odd rows I'll have

    Row 473 - (Col1) HN1919299292929, (Col2) 16:54
    Row 474 - (Col1) HN1919299292929, (Col2) 16:55

The tracking numbers may duplicate in other places in the 600 rows but the times are also the same, I want to find an occurence in my spreadsheet where column A matches but Column B does not match.

Is there a simple query/function/formula I can apply to find my answer? Please?

    Put this in C2:

    =IF(A2<>A1,"",IF(B2=B1,"Same","Different"))

and copy down. Apply a filter to column C, and select Different in the filter drop-down.

    Hope this helps.
