    How can I mass formula for excel

    How can I mass formula for excel EX: =TIME(B4, C4,0) But for multiple rows. I need to put this data in F. For rows 4-415

    Fist a tip:

    if you post an file, please add an excel file instead of pictures.

    1) copy the formula down

    or
    2) make a table with an header and the formula will automaticly be filled in the table.
    Notice my main language is not English.

    See the file for the headers.

    Make sure there are no empy row in the file.

    Then you can make an table of it.

    If you show an better file, of what you mean, i can show you how to make it.

    I have attached the file. I am now trying to figure out how to subtract time. EX =F3-G3 But for some reason this dont work?
    I would like the end result to be 8:00AM - 5:34PM = 9:34

    Excel has difficulties with negative time.

    Try G3-F3 & format cell correctly to Time Format or custom [h]:mm:00
