Cell to automatically fill with color of adjecent cells

Hi All,

I wonder if it's possible to have a cell automatically color with the color of the rest of the cells in that row.

E.g. row 1 columns A, B, C are colored red. I copy / paste data into D1 and I need to have that cell D1 automatically colored red, regardless of cell value in A1, B1 and C1.

Not sure if I've explained it clearly enough, if not, please let me know ;-)

First of all, apologies for the late reply, I wasn't able to connect sooner...

Attached a sample file.
On sheet 1, you have in column A 3 lines, each colored.

On sheet 2, you have in column A 3 lines, no colors.

Action is to copy sheet 2, A1:A3 to sheet 1, B1:B3 and then have these cells B1:B3 automatically take over the color as displayed on sheet 1 A1:A3.
So cell B1 should change to the color yellow, B2 to green and B3 to blue.

Hope that this is somehow able to automate via either formula or macro.
