Both Iferror and Sumifs were not available back in Excel 2003. The only option is to use functions that are compatible with XL03.

SUMIFS, DOES NOT WORK IN eXCEL 2003. yOU HAVE TO USE sumproduct for this.
IF(ISERROR(Your formula),"",your formula, is the way to replace the IFERROR
