Extract data based on 1 criteria

Working with a order sheet template that has hundreds of part numbers (called N Numbers, column B). For each order, designers will input the number of pieces they need for each part number (called "Usage", column L), and not every part will be used. Project managers then need to be able to extract N Numbers and Usage data for only those records that have Usage of greater than zero.

I know this can be done very simply with an advanced filter. Howeber the PMs aren't familiar enough with advanced filter to make this a good choice. Creating a marco is out of the question as we've had issues going from PC (template) to Mac (designers) back to PC (project managers). So my question is, what formula can I use to look for only those rows that have data in the Usage column and return only the K Numbers and Usage data?

Attaching a dummy sheet for review. The "Order template" sheet contains all the raw data, and the "Import data" sheet shows the information I want to extract with an additional column for part color.

I've found a few formulas online but haven't been able to correctly work them into my sheet. This post is similar to what I'm looking for, however, the Usage number will not be the same for every part.

Help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if there is another (simpler) way to accomplish this I'm open.
    Thanks!

    Texas, welcome to the forum.

Do you think your colleagues could handle using ONE filter? (Exclude Blanks)?
    Brendan.

    Hi Brendan,

Thanks for your reply. I think they could use one filter if it was pretty straightforward.

    Allie,

The attached is extremely rudimentary, but should either do the job for you, or get you on the right road. Bascially, the N Numbers in column K of your Order Template are copied across to the NEW Import Sheet (every one of them, so you can add more to the Order template no problem) and:

tells Excel to display a number if it finds one in Column L of the Order Template which is greater than zero, and if it does not, to return a blank.

It's then simply a matter of filtering Column B, selecting "No blanks".

    Hope this helps.
