Looking to pull info from one spreadsheet into another one - only certian data needed.

I am looking to pull in data from one spreadsheet, name, email, phone, total and part number and also a account exectuve's name(initails) into a "master" spreadsheet. I can send expamples to show what I am trying to do. Just let me know.

Were you trying to pull everyones information or just certain people of interest on the Master Sheet? Also Are these in the same workbook or seperate from one another? Either way I think I can help.

Ok I have attached the two files, file one is a quote from it will be where the info comes from that info is:
1. Quote date
2. Buyer Name
3. Buyer ph
4. buyer email
5. Company name
6. total amount of order
7. and part number

Then you will see the corrsponding data on the other sheet.

Ah, I see...

Unfortunately this one is outside of my skill level at the time. I assume you store all of the orders in a specific directory with each workbook individually named? I am afraid that might take some in depth VBA to accomplish and I am not that good yet. Sorry. I am sure someone on here knows how to do that.

Thanks Simeon, yes I feel that it might be a little two involved, and complicated, I will wait and see what comes up. To answer your question - yes they are stored in different file folders.
