Conditional Formatting INDIRECT between dates

Hi,

I need to be able to highlight a cell if another cell is between two dates using conditional formatting. So far I have a formula looking like this. Can anyone help me with this, as the below formula currently errors, as I thought it would.

=INDIRECT("S"&ROW()=IF(AND(S5>=DATE(2013,2,1),S5<=DATE(2013,2,28))

This in cONDITIONAL format rules? Adjust your range as you want.

=AND($S5>=DATE(2013,2,1),$S5<=DATE(2013,2,28))

Do you know what, I tried to make that too complicated and already have something very similar. But thank you for pointing it out. Sometimes you just need that extra pair of eyes to notice something staring you in the face.
