Hello, all of our employees accrue paid time off based on their tenure. We do not allow any carryover of vacation time, therefore employees begin at a zero balance on their anniversary date. The accrual rate is as follows:

0 months to < 12 months 56 Hours 2.16 Hours
12 months to < 24 months 64 Hours 2.47 Hours
24 month to < 36 months 72 Hours 2.77 Hours
36 monthsto < 48 months 80 Hours 3.08 Hours
48 months to < 60 months 88 Hours 3.39 Hours
60 months + 96 Hours 3.70 Hours
I would like to open up my spreadsheet and be able to see how much time a person has accrued to date based on their anniversary date. How would I go about putting something like this together?
