Help on creating a if function or a nested if function????

I am working on an excel sheet that I am finding the values for the volume of a sphere. I have all of the values worked out, but I am stuck. I need to create a formula that will take the changed radius units such as: cm,mm,m, etc... and change the values across a row. I don't know how to write this formula, I have been trying for hours and am getting frustrated and a bunch of errors too.

[Volume]
Radius Value| Radius Units| m^3| cm^3| mm^3| liters| gallons| yd^3| ft^3| in^3.

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook. The workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

Here is the actual excel sheet I am working on, I need to be able to put a formula in and be able to change the radius units and have that change the numerical values down the row.
