Dependent Data Validation If Not

Hi,

I have a drop down list of number of users in A; "Not Proposed", 0-5, 6-10. If "Not Proposed is chosen, I want B3 to be "--" or blank. If any other option is selected, I want B3 to offer a drop down list of three storage options, we can say 250gb, 500gb, 1TB.

Please help.

take a look at the attached, and see if you can modify it for what you need. the basic principle is the same though

Thanks for your help guys.

The file helped but if you change the customer from "san" to "tri", I want the location to have a default "tri" location, or revert back a default value, instead of it showing the other value chosen when "san" was the customer.
