Finding the Date of the 2nd and 4th Wed.'s in a year.

In Cell A1, the first date of a year is shown. I am needing help on a formula that will produce the date of the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays for each month. Each date will be shown individually in cells C1:AB1 throughout the entire year. I have a formula that works fine for January but am running into problems with months having 5 Wednesdays (or are a leap year).

PLEASE IGNORE THIS POST...I POSTED A BETTER RESPONSE.
    Using your posted example...
Admittedly, this isn't the most elegant formula...but, it does work

Thanks Ron. I made some changes to the spreadsheet but was able to modify the formula you provided and it works well.
